Product Processing Times
All of our Herbal FusionTM Teas are manufactured in small batches and by our expert Blendsmith Team. Our blends require 7-45 days to "cure". Therefor, we require 10-14 days for orders to be delivered or shipped from our location.

Shipping & Delivery
All products are shipped directly from our manufacturing site in Lovettsville, Virginia. Our orders are shipped through USPS GROUND Services unless other arrangements have been arranged through the purchaser. Standard Shipping Fees will be added to orders (calculated by weight and size). GAHM is able to deliver orders within the Washington DC region.

Payment
We accept payment through CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. For WHOLESALE TERMS of 30-NET please contact us to set up a credit line. Checks drawn via insufficient funds will incur additional charge of $25.00.

Guarantees and Returns
All damages, shortages, and the like must be reported within 72-hours of receipt of the order. Please contacts us immediately so that we may arrange for a satisfactory outcome.

All of our GAHM Teas are manufactured and processed in our Virginia location. We take the utmost care in assuring that the quality of our tea leaves and botanicals are of superior grade. Our HERBAL FUSION Method is what has set us apart in the tea industry since 2005. Our tea leaves are always left in their WHOLE-LEAF form to ensure that the valued oils remain bold and bathe every tea leaf evenly. We blend carefully and thoughtfully, using natural and organic botanicals, chosen for their functional and beneficial qualities. We "cure" our blended teas for 7-45 days to lock in the flavors. Our process ensures no bitterness and pronounced, balanced flavors in every cup.
